Teriyaki Salmon


Fish and canapés are a great combination! It offers exciting texture, taste and colour. But, if we get deeper, salmon is also very healthy. Salmon is rich in omega-3, protein and amino acid.


  • Ingredients

    1lb Salmon
    1 Cub liquid teriyaki
    ¼ Cup honey
    ¼ Cup Roasted sesame
    1/2 Sweet & ripe mango
    10 Mint leaves

  • Preparation:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a frying pan then add white sesame and roast until golden. Place aside to cool for 10 minutes. Mix teriyaki and honey until well combined. Remove ½ teriyaki mixture quantity and set aside and in a separate container. For garnish, slice mango into very small cubes and mint into thin strips the. Set aside. In an oven pan, place salmon and brush teriyaki and honey mixture. Place the salmon in the oven and cook for 45-50 minutes. Remove form oven and cool. Once cooled, with a fork remove chunks of salmon and place on your favorite cracker or flat bread. Top with few drops of teriyaki and honey mixture. Garnish with roasted sesame, few cubes of mango and mint the serve.

Remember

You ain’t supposed to get salmon when they’re swimming upstream to spawn. But if you’re hungry, you do.
